Become an Eastern Michigan Committee Board Member

The EMC Board consists of Cecchetti teachers who work closely with the Executive Board. They organize and assist with the Detroit area exams, Ballet Day Workshops, Teacher Refreshers, and the International Summer School. The Chairman of the EMC Board attends all Executive Board meetings and is the liaison between the two Boards.

The EMC meets once a month from September through June. Throughout the year, some meetings will begin or end with a teachers' class to refresh the work as a group.

Any member of the EMC can volunteer to assist at the Detroit Area exams. This opportunity provides an excellent way to gain knowledge of the examination experience for both students and teachers.
